1. Minimum 2 Designated Partners (DP)
2. Atleast 1 of the DP shall be Indian resident
3. If a body corporate is DP then it has to nominate a natural person
4. Designated Partner Identification No. (DPIN/DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of both the DP.
5. Name of the LLP should be unique
